This was a great company to work for initially. Recent changes have left it an OK place to work now.

Pros

The company has a small office atmosphere so everyone knows and is engaged with everyone. They are family friendly and customer focused. Fun and hard work can be had be all.

Cons

A change in company direction makes the atmosphere in the office a little less friendly than it was to begin with.
