      Pros

      Since starting at Baabte Systems, I have enjoyed working. Great team to work with. Got to learn a lot and gained confidence. Great support and guidance from management. Management understands work-life balance and actually respects that. Positive attitude. Company is growing and so does opportunities for professional development. Never felt frazzled, felt more like a home.
