Pros
If they take you on, they will instill confidence in you and try to get the production off the ground. You know they are of high calibre so the the talent factor is not in question. And they do have the contacts in the media industry to get things done.
Cons
It takes weeks to get a reaction from them. It's easy to give up on them when you are a freelancer and go elsewhere to another production company.
