      1. Sat-Sun Off. 2. Realistic goal/KRA setting at every quarter & evaluated on performance every quarter. Performance driven culture. 3. Career progression for each employee is defined. 4. Average Employee Tenure is 5 years or more. 5. Employee were given classes on work management & how to handle tough situations through Spiritual & Management Guru's.
