      Pros

      BAGGU is great. Everyone really cares about your work and career growth. Most of the job is remote but the office is beautiful if you want to come in.

      Pros

      Truly the most uplifting working environment I have ever been a part of. Great company with great values that extend into the treatment of all employees.

      Cons

      As the company grows it might be harder to move positions, but they seem to value promoting from within where they can.
