I worked as a consultant with Balance Me for a year and really enjoyed my time there. The team is very friendly and the directors genuinely care about their staff. Balance Me is a dynamic and growing company. From my experience, my advice would be that (due to its size and projected growth), it's a great company to work for if you're looking to learn and develop quickly and are comfortable with some flexibility within your role. The directors are very keen to promote the ethos of Balance Me within the company and therefore provide a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance, free products, free monthly massages and regular social events.
