I loved my time at Ballard Designs, where being on the marketing team gave me the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects and grow my skills

The leaders at Ballard Designs care about the retail experience and are always asking for feedback and then acting on it. The teams in the stores are focused on providing the best service to our guests and each other. It is a joy to come to work!

Cons

Systems are clunky but already seeing changes as updates are coming!
