      Pros

      Great, positive culture. I had an amazing boss, no micro management. Able to work on projects in a team and independently. Decent work/life depending on role. Opportunities but must be a self starter. The right person can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Lax about tolerating incompetence/laziness for some roles. Good, motivated workers will work harder for this reason.

      Friendly coworkers, great benefits, competitive pay

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Nearly impossible to get all that is needed done in a 40 hour week. The culture from the top down is that working weekends, late nights, and while on PTO is expected. Hard to disconnect.
