      Highly skilled and engaged group of like minded people acting as a cohesive unit. No passengers. Opinions matter and voices are heard. Working across multiple time zones people are generous with their time.

      Cons

      some growing pains - to be expected with the pace in which we are growing.

      A great company where everyone is valued for what they bring, with management giving employees the room and freedom to really control and drive their own success, but supportive at the same time.

      Growing company. Great professional development opportunities - limited potential for a better title, but unlimited opportunities to grow professionally and be more involved in all areas of the business (M&A, strategic initiatives, travel, budgeting…). As someone else said, the sky is the limit here.

      Cons

      Some overtime is necessary during busy periods, as not to fall behind.
