      Friendly environment where employees know each other.

      Pros

      Everyone at work knows each other and is friendly towards one and another. Work is not stressful and the environment is overall lax.

      Cons

      Sometimes work may be so lax that the day seems slow. On some occassions, I had to come up with productive things to do.
