Pros
1-Good work life balance, nice work stations for employees, 2- As company is growing so better chances of future career growth 3- If u have skills then u will be well paid. 4- Has its factory in Solan, a very beautiful place up in the hills, u will love that view.
Cons
1- Less group activities 2- Operations r not pretty much streamlined so sometimes challanging situations r there. (but thats not a big reason to worry about. It will be sorted soon) 3- No work from home culture
