The support, the culture, and the opportunities for growth are undoubtedly pros!
The clinical director and assistant clinical director genuinely cater their approach to each unique employee.
The therapist genuinely care about and show up for each other.
Cons
The acuity of patients (should be expected at PHP/IOP level of care), busy schedule, and many changes (requires flexibility & resilience).
I have worked at BasePoint for a little over a year now and have never felt so welcomed into a new job. I get to work along side some amazingly talented people that are always willing to put in the extra effort. The administration does a great job of being transparent and if you are needing something, it is easy to reach out for the help.
Cons
Some days can be longer than others, but overall, I have had a great experience with BasePoint.
