      Pros

      - Supportive environment - you can always approach and speak to management - Seniors care about and genuinely help with client work (e.g. writing/reviewing reports and proposals), rather than just delegating/not getting involved even if you ask for help, which I experienced in my previous agencies - Lots of room for progression, you don't have to wait for someone to leave in order to be promoted - it's on merit - Excellent pay, above other agencies - Big, recognisable clients - In the Consumer UK qual team particularly: exciting international travel (South Korea, Paris, US) etc., a really lovely team, who are smart, bubbly, support each other, just seen two promotions and new joiners coming

      - The external IT support can be hard to get hold of
