The staff, supervisors, work environment, and flexible schedule. I will be forever grateful for the time at BayPath, I loved my coworkers and clients, and was given chances to grow and improve every day.

Pros

You get to make a serious impact on elders in our community. The people that work at BayPath truly care about helping others and are great to work with. I felt completely supported by my peers and upper management during my time at BayPath. It was a great place to work if you have a family as well. BayPath understands a family/work balance.

Cons

BayPath is a non profit agency which means the salaries are not the greatest.
