      Pros

      Learned a lot regarding robotics and manufacturing with a respectful engineering team. They even took me out to BP on my last day.

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive in an expensive area. Hard to find accommodations in general in Midland.

      It's good to work in this fast peace work environment, to gain the ability to work more fast and precisely. One can improve their selves for long time standing and completing the task on time.

      Cons

      Some Colleagues are uncooperative.lack of facilities, rotating shifts are the major con of this job
