      Pros

      Direct management with clear guidance on expectation levels of performance and how to achieve success within the organisation. Career progression and skill development is highly encouraged and made available by senior management for those capable and determined. My time working in The Beacon was an enormous step forward in my career where I was faced with many challenges however I did have the support in order to overcome these with mentorship made available and trust from Senior Management.

      Cons

      Demands can be high, however the right person with the right attitude, will consider this as a pro.
