      Pros

      Above average compensation. True family-owned business. Excellent culture. Input consistently sought. Excellent LDP program. Smart people throughout the company. Consistent opportunity to solve problems. Generous 401k plan. Generous profit-sharing bonus program.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are probably a bit above average, but they contribute the maximum to the HSA plan which some don't realize and this heaviky offsets premiums.

      Pros

      So many pros with working here!! Becht's management really listens to you, they are open to feedback on how to make it the best place to work! Having every other Friday off, being remote, management is super flexible, Becht is covering a lot of their employee's medical cost! I love working for Becht!
