Great group of people to work with -- experts in collectibles and true hobbyists. Dallas office has perks like an onsite gym, pool table, ping pong, and foosball. The company has been growing with a lot of acquisitions in the past 3 years. The company has locations in 4 countries so it's been pretty cool working with people all over the world.

Cons

Everyone is on an incentive plan which they call pay for performance. So if your department does well, like Grading, then you get a nice quarterly bonus. If you don't hit your numbers, you don't get as much. Since the company has locations in other countries, it can be hard scheduling calls and meetings.
