Thanks for the great review. You will be pleased to know we have a plan to enhance the employee rest areas, including a full refurbishment and new food and drinks vending facilities. I am also pleased to say, we have reviewed the hourly pay structure and can confirm we pay above the National Living Wage for all our employees.
