Pros
Open, friendly, all inclusive environment. No segregated secrecy. Everyone is involved and all opinions are valued and considered. Extensive learning and training because of the specialty of the business. Excellent work/life balance working here and you basically adopt a new family. Generous and fair compensation. I'm impressed!
Cons
If you're looking to grow and eventually gain big company titles and recognition this may be a good starter depending on your field. Warning- Your standards will be set too high and you may never find a company that comes close to what you've experienced here. Those who come in never want to leave so your attempt to build a strong resume will cease. This is a perfect place for someone who wants to simply settle and find a solid respectable home.
