      Pros

      *Hands on access to clients. You aren't just shuffling paperwork for someone else's portfolio *fair commission structure *clearly defined metrics and goals

      Cons

      I have mostly positive things to say, but access to more training could be beneficial. I've worked in bad offices before where bickering, politics, and a general lack of guidance was rampant. This is not one of those places.

      Pros

      Benchmark International has honestly been one of the best places I've worked. The team feels like family , everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed and is always willing to help out. The management team really believes in their process and it is so rewarding to know that you are setting business owners up for success. They are shaking things up in the investment banking space, and it’s exciting to have been part of that growth. Can’t wait to see how far we go!

      If you’re driven, coachable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is a great place to be.

      Pros

      Benchmark International has a quality work environment. The office is truly exceptional and continues to expand. You truly feel like leadership cares about lower level positions and that everyone is collectively one team working towards a common goal. Benchmark allows individuals to work their own unique process as long as results are there. Overall culture is quality.

      Cons

      Suit and tie for every day attire and lack of team outings. Sometimes office can get hectic and noisy.
