I've worked as a Child Psychiatrist for over a year and it has been one of the most professionally rewarding experiences. The collaborative care model is integrated into how teams function every day. Leadership is genuinely supportive, innovation is encouraged, and the mission to improve access to mental health care for youth is always front and center. I feel respected, valued, and energized by the impact we’re making. Highly recommend for any clinician looking to do purposeful work in a great environment.
