Pros
BA has some very talented consultants. There are lots of cutting edge, challenging projects and they are at the forefront of Microsoft Technologies. Because they are smaller, they collaborate well and come up with unique solutions on projects. Work life balance is good, when project loads get busy, they do a good job of providing flexibility and finding ways to help out.
Cons
Some of the benefits that larger companies offer (matching 401k) are not available. They make up for it in lucrative compensation packages for everybody in the company, though, and the medical coverage is great.
