      Pros

      An excellent organization that is one step ahead of its competitors. I've met a few people and found that working with them is fun. I'm always able to seek aid, guidance, and direction from my peers. Pay is good and there are many benefits. Overall, I feel I am pretty blessed.

      Cons

      None. I have not encountered any disadvantages as of now.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly. It is fast paced with lots of work to do but it is challenging work so every day is different. The CEO cares about changing things for the better.

      Cons

      There is room for growth and with any company growing, there are hurdles to overcome but you can see that they are working on making it a better place to work at.
