Responsible for supporting high-level executives. Managing diary management and organization of meetings provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests, manage, coordinate and maintain a calendar of CEO / GM including appointments, meetings, and travel, responsible for the organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO / GM ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas, Support sales & Marketing, delegations, and operational team requirements when required
