From a sales perspective, Bernhardt Design listens to what's needed in the market and consistently develops products that are specifier and end user desirable, The sales management team is strong and cohesive and extremely supportive of the sales team helping drive business and resolving issues promptly.

At times, the time difference between the factory and west coast territories can be frustrating.
