I've been a fan of Bésame way before i worked there, I've always enjoyed reading their newsletter and newspapers they handed out for all of their collections. the work environment was pretty standard. Time off and gratis was a nice perk plus the idea of working at a cosmetics company (for me a cosmetics lover was amazing).

Cons

As a small company it doesn't have some of the perks of a larger corporation. So don't expect catered lunches every day and a huge building.
