      Working with extremely intelligent people, learn a lot about commercial real estate quickly, very friendly coworkers as well.

      Cons

      Pay structure, won't be making any money right away, focus on middle market deals individually, rather than collaborating on deals or larger market opportunities.

      The boss is very knowledgable and a great guy. You will learn a lot about real estate and get to make great connections

      Cons

      After a year of the job it can get a bit repetitive and slow at time. Being a broker isn't always great.
