Pros

Lots of excitement about the business and where its heading. Everyone is really nice and collaboration between different people and teams is quite good. Good culture and teamwork. Cool products and brand.

Cons

It is still kind of a startup, and theres not always a great process for everything. Sometimes you spend more time than you should trying to figure out who is doing what. But basically everyone is super helpful about it.

- unlimited PTO - good company culture - opportunity for upward growth - free box every month - monetary WFH benefit - flexible WFH policy during pandemic - diverse product category - charitable organization donation matching program - lots of face time with senior leaders including CEOs and C suite level / VPs - fun optional programming to try to keep friendly culture alive - robust onboarding program and training

Cons

- start up culture means wearing many hats (but currently hiring widely to help alleviate as business grows) - can be communication issues amongst cross functional teams - lack of compensation transparency
