I've worked for other SMB's and BlueWare by far has the friendliest management and staff. They genuinely care about their employees and treat them the way they should be treated. Other companies should take note! Success of a company to me is based upon how that company treat's it's people. And BlueWare treats it's people the way they should be... like people, not numbers or slaves.

I have recently joined BlueWare and have to say, after many years in the corporate world it is nice to back with a company that truly cares about everyone's success. The environment is positive with a focus on continued learning, and honing the skills necessary to make both the person and the company more successful. Sales is sales and that part never changes, but the difference is the opportunity to harness the energy and the knowledge of the CEO Rose Harr's experience. Our company is very client centric, and Rose promotes input from the team and from clients to improve and determine best practices. BlueWare is a great opportunity both for employees and our clients.
