      Friendly coworkers, phenomenal PTO package, best resident to staff ratio around, good pay, free meals, not for profit community that truly puts the residents first.

      Cons

      I honestly don’t have a single one.

      Bethlen offers opportunities to use your talents, You have to be willing to share them. Everyone has a unique talent!

      Pros

      Opportunities to move up, frequent paid ceus, supportive and fair leadership, excellent benefits (100% match on 403b, 7 paid holidays, great medical coverage with low deductable).

      Cons

      Not the best amount of vacation time when you first start but it improves greatly based on length of employment.
