Pros

It's a very inclusive and transparent workplace. The remote work allows for good flexibility and work / life balance. Management puts a lot of focus on supporting the employees and the people are generally fun and very easy to work with.

Cons

It's an early stage and small company (35-40 employees) so the work can be demanding and there aren't as many systems and processes in place as a much larger company (100+ employees). This does allow for more impact and more efficiency for the right type of employee.

- The team is very welcoming and helpful. - Learning about an industry I love and getting to work to help them succeed. - Seems like the sales team cares about the quality of deals being closed to set success team up for customers. - Everyone at BevSpot seems to care about the growth of the company and the employees

Cons

I wish we could all work together more often but I do love the flexibility of working remotely.
