      Pros

      I have recently passed my 6 month probation, and can genuinely say this has been a positive experience. From the first week I have been well supported, the team are all friendly and approachable, and I feet comfortable asking for advice when its needed. The company has a very hands on approach to learning, starting you out on a number of projects and allowing you to take on as much as you feel capable. I had no prior experience in market research, having had a STEM background. Blueprint were aware of this and helped to both foster the skills I already had, and encourage me to build new skills.

      Cons

      With it being a smaller company there are less "standard practices" compared with larger organisations. You have to be prepared to be flexible with your approach when starting out with a new team. The hours also occasionally fall outside the 9-5 schedule, I must stress this by no means the norm (I work 9-5 ~95% of days), but it is something to bear in mind. You can take this time back, and they encourage a lunchtime finish on a Friday.

      1) everyday brings a new opportunity / challenge, 2) no two days are ever the same, 3) employees voices are heard and there is a real focus on wellbeing, 4) flexible / hybrid style working, 5) fun and lively office environment

      Cons

      1) peaks and troughs throughout the year - not for you if you're looking for a steady 9-5 role
