      4 day working week - 2 days working from home/2 days in the office - innovative, focused and inspiring leadership - fast growing team - high degree of technical expertise and commitment to client success - supportive and collegial environment - professional onboarding process - highly supportive head office - generous benefits - career progression opportunities - can't fault our work place.

      Great benefits Strong collaboration across the group Meaningful solutions allowing for consistent job satisfaction Everyone is friendly - I'm yet to meet an unapproachable colleague Entrepreneurial CEO who is very switched on and continues to drive the companies forward Continuous growth allowing for role remit to increase regularly

      Communication is sometimes behind the update and brief Parking can be an issue if you attend the office on a busy day

      Positive modern feel to the company and its offices. Able to make a difference with suggestions and ideas on best practices is championed. There are many talented and great people to work with, and the company has an authentic positive culture. The company really cares for the individual well being and having a home/work-life balance, as shown with the 4DW.

      Cons

      An Increase to the company Pension contributions would be great
