      Real company solving real identity problems with real technology

      Pros

      - Cares about our customers well being - Cares about product security at every step - Encourages wfh employees to travel and meet with team for deep working sessions and team activities - tech is actually insanely good - super smart people across the board - literally the best office manager

      Cons

      We can do better with diversity. con for some - reality is like many startups, you need to be ready to embrace the chaos, shifts in priority etc

      Great Technology solving relevant Security Problems

      Pros

      -Core product is very strong and there is a great response from the market if we get a seat at the table -Solving a relevant security problem around credential based attacks and insecure MFA -Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with in my career are here building the product and roadmap -We have a great team, and resilient culture -Work/Life balance is very manageable and reasonable -Everyone here is passionate about what we're doing, what we're building, and our value to our customers -Office in NYC is awesome!

      Cons

      -Lots of ups and downs, building/rebuilding but this is to be expected in this market with a company at this stage. -Need to build out a broader solution set to appeal to larger audience and expand the value and problems we can solve. -Competitive market, lots of big players, if we get the opportunity to showcase our capabilities, its a no-brainer but can be challenging with the big players in the space.
