      The people make this company incredible, I’ve developed personally and professionally thanks to them.

      Difficult start for those lacking experience with the nature of some of the contracts, training is improving though

      Pros

      I love the company culture and my teammates. We work on new, challenging problems. The work-life balance is fantastic.

      Cons

      It's a small consulting business so if that type of organization isn't what you're looking for then you are definitely not going to enjoy it. I personally do.
