Pros

Many happy employees that have been with the company for over a decade. (Many for several decades!) Stable company - 70+ years old, same ownership. Cares about the employees and the residents we serve. Creative training options. New hire orientation is very informative and welcoming. I have been pleasantly surprised to see that the HR team is very 'employee centric' - I find that they are always willing to help employees carve out a career path that works for them - they invest in team members by providing Mentor, leadership and Manager in Training programs that truly help prepare you for success in your role. I also appreciate their commitment to recognizing achievements and hard work often.

Cons

At times the workload can be demanding, but the company makes every effort to provide support and flexibility where possible.
