Pros

The team at Bibliocommons is 100% mission-based, from the General Manager all the way down to the individual contributors. And the company listens to its customers. Development is driven to customer needs and/or future needs. Also, you can’t get better work/life balance. It’s unbelievable.

Cons

Pay is on the lower side but it’s a library software company so it’s not like we are selling to Fortune 500 companies. Also, some team members are having difficulty adapting to the changing pace.
