It's a start up with growing pains

Pros

Not only that, it relies on Government customers and contracts so the company has seen some ups and downs. Compensation is strong, the team knows the mission and is driven. Everyone is incredibly sharp

Cons

The ups and downs with it being a start up AND government contractor always make it hard to deal with people either not making it or leaving.

This is a great innovation driven company, they allow new ideas to flourish and see how it would make things easy. My time with this company was cut short due to a family situation that led me to move overseas but they were very understanding and extremely supportive, genuine folks here!

Cons

As a start up you expect the fast paced environment, apart from that, no cons I can think of

- I am constantly pushed mentally to learn and absorb information about the our space and products and it's incredible to be surrounded by such knowledge - I am given various opportunities to grow and expand my expertise, and building my skill sets everyday - My management is very supportive and trustworthy of me and that's extremely positive to me and my job
