A thoroughly independent, family business that has a strong point of view and a clear purpose. They refuse to creatively pitch for work which is refreshing and only work with clients whose products and services they would consume themselves. Before they work with a new client they ask the company who would like to work on the project. The culture is friendly, inclusive and creatively excellent. The really impressive thing is being part of a vast array of success stories. big fish has the Midas touch when it comes to building premium, stunningly beautiful challenger brands. This is a company that stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Cons
It's sometimes hard to keep up in a fast paced environment. Some of the briefs put almost unreasonable demands on the team who seem to either relish the challenges or become slightly exhausted. Generally the cons relate to the nature of it being a leader in its field. I wouldn't recommend this for the feint hearted!
