Pros

I was lucky to have gained excellent career progression throughout my time at big group. Big group offers internal training 'learn and shares', great employee clubs, and a well-structured progression path within my department. In recent years big group is making efforts towards diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, has an approachable leadership team, and introduced an employee-ownership model that fostered a sense of shared investment in the agency's success. Colleagues are great and teams really do look out for each other.

Cons

Whilst efforts are made within departments, there is opportunity to offer more equitable distribution of engaging projects and opportunities between departments and employees. Additionally, although improvements were made during my tenure, internal processes and communication could still fall short at times. Better than average but still room for improvement in flexibility and inclusion.
