Great people to work with. Everyone works as a team, there is not one person here that thinks they are better than everyone. Nobody looks down on anyone. We don't have co-workers here, we're all family. I started as a pawn and moved my way up after being told time and time again this was a dead end job. Most of my team also started at the bottom and have now moved their way up in the company. My team and I are proof there is room for growth in this company. Upper management is open with the direction of the company. We have a monthly meeting as well as daily emails indicating how the company is doing. If there are any changes employees are told in advance. There are no secrets here. I really enjoy coming to work every day.

I've been working at BB for some time now and have seen a lot of changes. Some good, some bad. With that being said, I really like the direction we are currently going. The new management team is positive, upbeat, and passionate about riding motorcycles. It’s bringing excitement back to the business and I’m excited to be a part of it.
