      • The people are competent and friendly. • Things have been very busy and there has been a lot of growth. • Growth opportunities exist if you are eager to learn and willing to work hard • The company is more flexible than most

      • The expectations are high • Not always enough people for the amount of work that is expected (I think this is being addressed)
