      Since the moment I started working I always had a mentor, clear guidance, so you can constatly learn and work on yourself.

      Currently, I don’t have an art director I can learn from, which can br tricky, when you need a pair of fresh eyes

      A healthy community that cares about people.

      Cons

      Even though they are very inclusive and diverse, you can meet people from different countries, and cultural backgrounds, the official language is still not English, so, not all the info is shared in English, so it can be a little bit challenging.
