Pros

Over all the work is extremely fulfilling. Helping people in the worse times of their lives. Some new puzzle to solve everyday. My franchise NEVER compromises my safety and really cares about their employees. Truely feel like I'm making a difference in the world. Clients often cry and thank me. Sometimes tips. Hours can be flexible if needed.

Cons

Small franchises owned by different owners create different work environments. So other offices can reflect badly on to us. Physically demanding work at times. And cleaning some pretty gross things. So turn over sucks because lots of people can't hack it. No Benefits, and there is only so far you can climb in a small business.

Pros

Work environment. Ted Petersen, CEO, is fantastic person to work for. He is understanding and patient with new employees, and he is a very kind person who loves to help his community.

Cons

Work can be physically demanding, and hard on your heart. People dealing with trauma. Having to stomach the worst smell and sights.
