      Management truly cares about your success and happiness at the company There are opportunities to grow within many departments Collective interest in technology, automation and advancement of capabilities and offerings

      Both a pro and a con but the volume of work is high, but luckily there is always support

      Pros

      BioPharm truly puts its people first. They are extremely accommodating, flexible, and put a big focus on developing talent. Promoting from within is always the first choice from the most junior employee to leadership roles. Those who work hard are rewarded and those who may be struggling in their role are given the support and resources to succeed. BioPharm is truly a great place to work and grow your career.

      Cons

      The remote/hybrid work environment has made it difficult to connect with new hires. I'd love to see more opportunities and budget for managers to do team building activities, send care packages, etc.
