      Pros

      One of the many things that I love about this company is that as it continues to grow management allows you to grow with it. Nothing ever feels stagnant at this company because there is so much they allow you to learn.

      Cons

      HR constantly goes around and gossips to other staff making it feel as though you can not come to her with actual concerns.
