Pros

Working from home is a great. Benefits and pay are on par with other companies of this size. Training was excellent, enjoyed the team and coworkers. Monthly product allowance was awesome!

Cons

Call center environment wasn't in alignment with my career path. Enjoyed the opportunity. Best for those familiar and thrive in call center environments.

Pros

They have tried hard to keep their employees happy, sane, and safe for the past year during covid. Good benefits, treats at least my team very well and growth potential

Cons

Nothing really big of note. Perhaps the yearly review and raise was a bit lacking this year but was told it was because of the situation (covid)... We shall find out in the next upcoming review
