There are so many great reasons to work at BioControl. They are one of the most reasonable and generous companies I have ever worked for. BioControl is a smaller company and they are aware of the needs of their employees and the deliver on a daily basis. No other company I have worked are flexible on so many levels, including setting your own hours (within reason), fast travel reimbursement, easy work environment, great employees etc.... Most of the people that work at BCS are motivated individuals and we all have the same goal in mind, to grow the company and push our individual skill sets. Everyone at BCS is easy to work with and will help you out if you need it. I cannot say enough good things about BioControl, they are a phenomenal company.

I have worked for BioControl for over two years now and I love it here. The corporate culture is very nice and my manager is one of the calmest people I know. This company was very good as they worked with me when I had some serious health problems even though I was a new employee. My first year here I needed to have more than one surgery and ended up taking around 3 months total of medical leave. Instead of this hindering my career, when I came back I felt appreciated and missed. My job is exciting and I wasn't overwhelmed when I first got here – responsibilities were added on at an appropriate pace and they continue to grow.
