Pros

I feel like I couldn't be happier to be at Biosynth. It's partly the team I've ended up in but also the role I have really suits me. The culture is really forward thinking and considering how many companies they have taken on board lately they still work hard to make everyone feel welcome.

Cons

It can feel uncoordinated as they are have taken on so many companies very quickly. But everyone is really positive to try and find an answer.

This company is a breath of fresh air! Everybody is so collaborative and for such a growing company, they have managed to retain a real 'family feel' to them. Everybody seems to really enjoy their job and seems really proud to work for the company and nobody is too busy to lend a helping hand if needed!

Cons

None that I can think of!
